In this new workshop for Jersey Arts Centre, come along and create your own tile mold! In this one day workshop you will learn how to create your own 4" (10cm approx) tile in clay and then cast it in Plaster of Paris so that you can make multiple tiles. This will be a one-piece mold. The tutor will demonstrate the principles of mold making which is a skill which will help in many different artistic ventures.
Please bring with you an apron, a plastic jug, a square plastic container (recycled ice cream tub) and a rolling pin.
Other tools, clay and plaster of Paris will be provided.
