Course Overview
Are you a novice singer? An aspiring TikTok-er? Or maybe you’re an established musician? We’re looking for Islanders of any age who want to show off their singing, comedy, dancing and/or instrumental skills to help uplift the Island during ‘Stay Home’ measures.
You can pick any song - it could be your favourite song or it could be one you wrote yourself. It could also be a TikTok video to make us chuckle! Either way, we want to hear from you so that we can share your video and entertain our community at this challenging time.
How to get involved
Film yourself singing, dancing and/or playing your instrument(s) (or get your parent or grown-up to film you) in the run-up to Liberation Day
Send your video or TikTok to Hannah at 07797 728668, along with your name or your band’s name, the title of the song, the original artist, and why you chose your entry
We’ll post your video on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook using the Liberation 75 social media accounts and #LibMeEntertainYou.
For band members who don’t live together, don’t meet up during ‘Stay Home’ is in place. We recommend collaborating with your band mates from your respective homes, using online software or apps, or send us a clip you have made together previously.
