Course Overview

Affiliated with Jersey Heritage, this club is for those with a passion for archaeology between the ages of 8 and 16.

The Jersey YAC meet once a month and the sessions are held at a variety of venues with opportunities to participate in behind-the-scenes tours, visits to archaeological sites, specialist talks, as well as many other activities.

There will be an annual membership fee of £10, although for those who are members of Jersey Heritage it will be £5

If you know of an 8 - 16 year old who'd like to become a member of the Jersey YAC then please email Georgia (jersey.yac@gmail.com). If you're over 16 and would like to help out at our monthly meetings give Georgia an email.

MEETING DATES

Saturday 19 January - 11.30am to 12.30pm - A behind-the-scenes tour of Jersey Archive led by Linda Romeril, Director of Archive and Collections

Saturday 16 February - Times to be confirmed -  We'll be joining the Pirates at the Maritime Museum

Saturday 6 April - 1pm to 3pm - Trip to La Rocque led by Bob Tompkins
