Following the success of our sell out course last term Tai Chi is back!

Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art, however, practitioners soon realised its health benefits. Through regular practice it promoted relaxation, flexibility, coordinated strength and dynamic balance, allowing practitioners to remain fit and energised even into old age. This foundation course will take you through different techniques and steps to start you on the Tai Chi journey.
