Dan Baldwin

CCA Galleries International

Event Overview

Dan Baldwin is a contemporary British artist know for his work of paintings, prints and ceramics. His work is at once both abstract and figurative, nostalgic and unsettling edgy,  reflecting on reality and the world of imagination. Illustrating albums for musicians such as Paolo Nutini and White Stripes. He has just finished an exciting new suite Utopia, Delirium and Infatuation.  This exhibition will showcase his brand new silkscreen editions and works on paper.

Baldwin's new suite is made in homage to Andy Warhol's iconic flower paintings. Dan explains 'it's  a subtle nod to the master as he was one of the first artists that  inspired me at art school in the early 1990's. This new way of making  prints is an entire new exploration into print takes things to new  places which is hugely inspiring'.

The gallery is open Monday - Friday: 10.00 - 17.00  and outside these times via appointment.
