Alan Le Rossignol, author of The Jersey Codfather, will walk you around St Aubin, showing where Charles Robin had his home and shop. Alan can tell you all about the cod fishing industry in the Gaspé during the 18th and 19th Centuries, take you to the places where Charles lived and worked, and describe the cod industry at the time. Don’t be surprised if he shows up with a large piece of dried salted cod!
