Drawing on his own journey of becoming an executive coach with 19 years of experience in learning how to self-reflect and take action based on his learning, Mark has recently published Coach Yourself First - A coach’s guide to self-reflection. In this inspirational workshop, Mark Bisson will share learnings from his journey of self-reflection and enable you to learn experientially using a variety of creative self-reflection approaches.
