From Kenya to Jersey
An Exhibition Showcasing Photography from Kenya & Jersey
by Shannon Le Seelleur

23 October - 24 November 2018

Over the next four and half weeks, Jersey Library is showcasing photography from local photographer Shannon Le Seelleur. Inspired by the many people in Jersey that were born or had farms in Kenya, East Africa, it comprises photographs from a recent trip to Kenya and photographs of people and places here in Jersey where Shannon lives.

Shannon has taken photographs in Jersey and around the world for many years. She has found inspiration in many people and many places. Her photographs will reach out to children and adults alike and there is a section that children seem to particularly enjoy.

The exhibition is open during the Library opening hours:

Monday 9.30-17.30

Tuesday 9.00-19.30

Wednesday Thursday Friday 9.00-17.30

Saturday 9.00-16.00

"I hope this artwork stimulates and inspires you. It includes portraits, landscapes and abstract artwork with an almost painted effect and multiple exposures. All welcome."
